Basionym Peziza onotica Pers., Syn. meth. fung.: 637 (1801).

Diagnosis 20. PEZ. ONOTICA : dimidiato - elongata pallescente-rosea, basi tomentosa interne plicato-rugosa.
Peziza leporina. Sowerb. Fung. t. 72.< br />Hab. in faginetis rarissime.
Antecedente maior, praecipue fere basi interne transuersim costata differt.
