Diagnosis Hypogeous, yellowish, lobed and opened (although openings not obvious), peridium and epithecium similar, hymenium forming discontinuous pockets, spores globose, 28–40 μm diam, found in Mediterranean Europe, probably associated with Quercus ilex or Pinus spp.
