Diagnosis Ascomata irregularly globose, 1.3–2.8 cm in diam., pale white, yellow-white to yellow-brown when fresh. Gleba solid. Asci 8-spored. Ascospores globose, irregularly arranged in asci, 17.5–25 μm in diam. excluding the alveolate-reticulate ornaments of 2.5–5 μm high.
