Diagnosis Apothecium 1.2-5 cm altum, 0.8-6.0 cm latum, bi- vel trilobatum. Hymenium "Buffy brown”, "Drab" vel "Snuff brown". Pagina sterilis cremea demum lutea et fusco-maculata; pubescens; aequata vel costata prope stipetem, libera. Margo involutus vel rectus, liber. Stipes 1.5·10 cm longus, 0.4-3.0 cm crassus, costato-lacunosus, albus vel cremeus demum fuscus, impolitus. Sporae 20-23 × 12-13.5 µ, ellipsoidae. Asci 250-380 × 15-20 µ, "pleurorhynchous". Paraphyses apicibus 4.5-8 µ, clavato-incrassatis, hyalinae vel dilute brunneolae. Ad terram sub silvis coniferarum.
