Diagnosis Apothecia diam 1-5(-8) mm, gregaria, sessilia, primo globose et quasi clausa, patellaria usque ad discoidea ad maturitatem, margine externo piloso; hymenium albidum demum luteolum usque ad aurantiacum; excipulum bistratum, excipulo ectal textura globulosa, excipulo ental textura intricate; trichomata superficiales, subhyalina usque ad brunnea pallida, septate (100-)120-250(-300) µm, acutis apicibus, in fasciculis a excipulo ectal exorientibus; asci cylindrici, 160-200 × 9-11 µm, octospori, uniseriati, non amyloideae; ascosporae ellipsoidae, 11-13(-14) × 6-8(-9) µm, eguttulatae, leaves; paraphyses graciles, solum ad apicem leviter dilatatum, 120-160 × 2-2.5 µm, apice 3-4 µm, septatae, continens particulis carotenis cum novae.
