Diagnosis Ascomata perithecioidea, ovoidea vel obpyriformia, 350-500 × 300-400 μm, pallide lutea, pilosa. Ostiolum parvum. Peridium e cellulis angularibus vel irregularibus, 10-22(-25) × (5-)9-14(-16) μm, constans. Pili hyalini, cylindrici vel flexuosi, 6-12 μm crassi, crasse tunicati. Asci J-, clavati vel cylindracei, (110-)120-150(-180) × 18-20(-29) μm, 8-spori. Ascosporae unicellulares, hyalinae, fusoideae, 30-41(-45) × 12.5-17 μm, guttulatae, laeves. Paraphyses filiformes, rectae vel curvatae, septatae. Fungus parasiticus in thallis Pelliae habitans.
