Diagnosis Ascomata irregular globose, 1.2–3.0 cm in diam., dirty white when fresh. Gleba canal-like, tightly folded. Asci 8-spored. Ascospores globose, irregularly arranged in asci, 17.5–32.5 μm excluding alveolate-reticulate ornaments of 2.5–6.25 μm high.
