Pseudombrophila hepatica (Batsch) Brumm., Libri. Bot., 14: 37 (1995).

 

Basionym Peziza hepatica Batsch, Elenchus fung.: 199 (1786).

Diagnosis Atropurpurea, sessilis, reflexa, disco suepius scrobiculo notata.
Substantia cornea, sed valde obscura, coloris saturatissimi atro-purpurei, vel hepatico-fulvi.
Plerique disci suborbiculari, cordati vel reniformes, scrobiculo simplici vel aliquot obsoletis notati. Juniores non vidi, in maxime adultis margo plane reflexus. Superficies superior magis opaca est quam inferior, quae glabratior et magis cornea, polline non obtecta. Discus centro solum affixus est, unde scrobiculus superne oritur.
In terra nudiori, museo laete virente tecta sylvulae Webicht inveni autumno 1783.
