AB  - Pseudotricharina intermedia Van Vooren, Tello & M. Vega (2015) was invalidly published due to an ambiguity concerning the holotype designation. Because of this mistake, the genus Pseudotricharina is also invalid. The validation of these names is proposed in this note.
