Four of them with unique set of specific morphological characteristics are described as new: C. boreosinicae, C. korfii, C. minisporum, and C. xinjiangensis. Crocicreas boreosinicae, C. korfii and C. xinjiangensis grow on herbaceous stems, and C. minisporum is on decorticated wood. An apical ring of the Hymenoscyphus type occurs in Crocicreas boreosinicae, C. korfii and C. minisporum, and the apical ring of C. xinjiangensis appears J-. Crocicreas albidum is recorded for the first time from China. Descriptions and illustrations of the new species are provided. A key to the known species of the genus in China is given}}
