Diagnosis P. terrestris sp. n. Taf. XXVI, 1. Ap. 5-10 mm, crasse carnosa, primum patellaria, mox explanata, dein discina et fere pileata, margine juvenilia minute crenulata, stipite diam. hymen. subaequanti, crasso, cylindrico, dein profunde sulcato, albo, nudo, hymen. atrocinereo, suhbtus alba. As. 300-350 × 25, late clavati, basi parum attenuati, vertice constricti, jodo fusci. Par. basi divisae, filif. (2-3), apice sensim dilatatae (5-7), melinae. Sp. 60-70 × 12-15, late cylindrico- fusiformes, rectae, guttulis 4-6nis magnis seriatis instructae, unicellulares.
Ad terram humidam ad rivos in societate Lachneae gregariae aestate prope Mnichovice, inprimis in silvis, quinis stationibus. Facile praetervidetur inter vegetationem ripariam. Sporas ubique etiam maturas non septatas reperi.
