Diagnosis Apothecia solitaria vel sparsa, orbicularia vel patellaria, modica, 1-3 cm lata, 1-5 mm crassa, late sessilia; hymenio luteo; facie externa albida, glabra vel subglabra; asci cylindracei, ad basim sensim angustati, 380-420 × 13-16 µ, quadrisporae; sporae acutae ellipsoideae vel leviter curvatae, subcymbiformae, 30-42 × 12-15 µ, 4-5-striatae, 1-2 guttis adfectae ; paraphyses tenues cylindraeque, ad apice subclavatae, infrequenter ramosae et anastomosans. Plantae lignicolae in Costaricae vigentes.
